What is data freshness?
Data freshness provides information on how long it takes the engine to collect and process an event such as a click, impression or sale, on your retail media ad.

When looking at your metrics and gauging your performance, it is important to remember that all data is not available in real time. As such, key indicators like impressions, clicks, and conversions are regularly updated throughout the day and are usually delayed between 8 to 24 hours.

About data processing
When the data is fully collected, it is then processed by our engines.
About data adjustments
The data displayed in the dashboards can change and reflect new events, even if the campaign has stopped and is not serving ads anymore.
Changes can happen especially if:
A sale happens within the attribution window (after a click or a view), therefore leading to an increase in reported attributed sales and ROAS.
Our (Invalid Traffic) engine detects fraudulent clicks, therefore leading to a decrease in reported clicks.
How to find and use the Data Freshness Notice?
The Data Freshness Notice is available in every dashboard, on both the Supply and Demand sides of your account. The stamp provides the latest time on which the data for impressions, clicks, and sales, was updated.
