View your fees
The Fees dashboard gives you full visibility into all fees applied to your Commerce Yield account—organized into two clear categories. Fees are configured by your Criteo team and expressed as a percentage of your working media spend (WMS).
Working media spend (WMS) is the total media spend on campaigns running across your inventory before any fees are applied.
Where to find the Fees dashboard
Go to Account Settings (top-right) > Fees.
Or, step by step:
Select the Account Settings icon in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
Select Fees from the left panel.
The Fees dashboard is read-only. To discuss your fee structure, contact your Criteo representative.
Fee categories
Fees are organized into two categories:
Platform fees
Platform fees cover access to Criteo's retail media infrastructure.

Professional Services fees
Professional Services fees cover services that Criteo provides to support your retail media program.
