Sales Channels

Sales Channels are the different environments in which brands or advertisers can purchase an ad slot. You can use the Sales Channel filter to filter for Online, Offline, or All Sales Channels on the Analytics tab. 

  • Online sales are any sales attributed to an ad that brands or advertisers saw online and also purchased online or in-app. 

  • Offline sales are any sales attributed to an ad that brands or advertisers saw online and then purchased in a retail store. 

    • If you wish to import your offlines to provide advertisers additional visibility over their campaigns’ performance, please reach out to your Criteo representative. 

    • Offline sales data is imported once every few days. The lag between the register sale and data import will not exceed 48 hours. To learn more, please see the guide linked below.
