What is Campaign Portal?

It is a centralized, easy-to-use dashboard that streamlines Private Market operations. This unified tool allows you to: 

  • Navigate across multiple Private Market demand accounts.  

  • View all active campaigns in one place and filter by account, advertiser, or campaign attributes.  

  • Monitor performance and take action quickly to manage activities efficiently and at scale.  

Instead of switching between accounts, you can now access everything from one streamlined interface. It simplifies campaign oversight, helping you save time, reduce complexity, and maintain control across your Private Market ecosystem.   

How to access the Campaign Portal? 
  1. Navigate to the Tools tab under your Supply Account.  

  1. Here, you can access the Campaign Portal under Management.  

  1. Search for specific campaigns using the Search Bar.  

  1. Select the dimensions you would like to use and apply filters to refine the list. 

  1. You can click on any campaign or account to view the details.

How it works?

  • Click on any campaign or account to land directly on the relevant details. 

  • Apply filters to find what you need quickly. 

To make monitoring easier, you can customize the columns displayed in the portal by choosing among the available fields. This structured approach provides a clearer view of both campaign setup and performance results.

Settings Data Fields

Configuration-related fields that give you a complete view of campaign setup:

  • Demand Source (Private Market vs. Supply-side)  

  • Account Type  

  • Campaign Status (active, paused, etc.)  

  • Campaign Type  

  • Start & End Dates  

  • Number of Line Items  

  • Retailer(s)  

  • Brand(s) 

  • Total Budget 

  • Lifetime Spend 

  • Total Remaining Budget 

  • Monthly Budget (if set up) 

  • Daily Budget (if set up) 

  • Audience Fee: The amount spent by advertisers for using first-party audiences, calculated as a percentage of working media spend based on the Onsite CPM Data Rate set by the retailer. 

Performance Data Fields

You can track and evaluate campaign results directly in the portal with these metrics:

  • Impressions

  • Clicks

  • CTR

  • Win Rate

  • Spend

  • Avg. CPC

  • Avg. CPM

  • Viewability (for onsite video campaigns)

  • CPO : This is the average cost per order. It is calculated by dividing Spend (including platform fees, if any) by attributed sale units.

Filters

You can filter campaigns in the Campaign Portal based on their settings or performance metrics. These filters help you focus on the most relevant signals and quickly identify opportunities for optimization. 

For example, you can identify: 

  • Campaign belonging to specific accounts. 

  • Campaigns of a specific campaign type or account type. 

  • Campaigns with ROAS lower than a specific threshold. 

  • Campaign with a win rate lower than a specific threshold. 

By applying these filters, you can refine the campaign list and monitor performance more effectively.
