🔔 New Notification Options for Line Item Performance

What is it?

You can now access in-app and email notifications when an on-site line item under the demand side of your supply account stops spending for 24 or 48 hours.

You can manage these alerts in Account Settings > User Preferences > Notifications.

We’ve also improved the Line Item Hit Daily Budget Cap alert. You will now be notified only if the cap is reached before 12 p.m. in your account’s time zone, helping reduce unnecessary notifications and prioritize what’s most important.

Why?

These updates help improve campaign visibility and reduce the risk of underperformance:

Faster issue detection: Get notified when a line item unexpectedly stops spending, so you can take action quickly.
Improved focus: With fewer non-critical alerts, it’s easier to identify and respond to important updates.
Expanded access: You have more tools to manage campaign delivery, improving transparency and control.
