Manage Accounts

Add a user to an account
  1. In the platform, click the Account Settings icon in the top right corner of the page. 

  2. Click Account Users in the left pane. 

  3. Click Invite User.

  4. Enter the user’s email address and click Find User.

  5. Assign your user a User Role and click Invite User

The new user will receive a welcome email granting them access to the Criteo CYield Platform and inviting them to set up their password. 

Remove a user from an account

  1. On the Account Settings page, click Account Users in the left pane.

  2. Click on the three dots against the user you want to remove and select Remove User

Edit a user role

  1. On the Account Settings page, click Account Users in the left pane.

  2. Click on the three dots against the user you want to edit and select Edit User.

    • You can also edit the user's first and last name if desired. 

Reset a user's password (admin only)

  1. On the Account Settings page, click Account Users in the left pane. 

  2. Click the More icon and select Send Forgot Password Email. An email will be sent to the user’s email address with instructions to set a new password.
